Shipping Policy

At Dream Case, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and remote areas via trusted courier partners like Leopard Courier, TCS, and M&P.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 4–6 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or courier delays).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 nationwide

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 2,000

(Any promotional free shipping offers will be mentioned on our website or social media.)

5. Order Confirmation

Once you place your order:

  • You will receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Once shipped, you will get a tracking number to monitor your parcel.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for all orders across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.

7. Undelivered Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • No one available to receive the parcel

  • Refusal to accept delivery

You may be required to prepay shipping for redelivery.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Dream Case only ships within Pakistan. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
